The implementation of the national strategy for the development of the digital economy includes:

It recommends promoting pro-competitive regulation in key sectors such as telecommunications, which are essential for the efficient operation of other industries and crucial for the digital economy, the development of which is considered a priority by Congo in light of its economic diversification objectives.
